Welcome to Calm Radiant. These Terms of Service govern your access and use of our mindfulness and emotional balance courses, info products, and goods. Effective as of January 1, 2026.

1. Services

Our live and recorded mindfulness sessions are designed for busy individuals seeking emotional balance. Access is provided through scheduled online or in-person sessions.

2. Infoproducts

Infoproducts include digital guides, audio tracks, and video series related to mindfulness and stress management.

3. Goods

Our goods include branded items such as journals and meditation aids.

4. Fees and Reimbursement Policy

All fees are due at the time of booking or purchase. We accept various methods as detailed on our site.

• Service Sessions: Clients may request a postponement at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Postponed sessions are subject to availability.
• Reimbursement: If you cancel a service at least 72 hours before the event, we will reimburse the amount using the original payment method within 14 business days. Cancellation between 48 and 72 hours before the session carries a 50% session fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours before are not eligible for reimbursement due to reserved resources.
• Infoproducts: Digital purchases are final. However, if you experience technical issues accessing the product, please contact us and we will assist promptly. If access cannot be provided, a reimbursement may be issued.
• Goods: Physical items may be interactiond or reimbursed within 14 days of delivery if defective. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping to our address. Upon inspection, we will process the reimbursement within 14 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Calm Radiant is not liable for any indirect effects arising from our services or products. We aim to provide high quality content but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
